Well hello there! I thought I would come up with something a little different for today’s post, so I’ve decided from now on, every single Sunday I will be posting a ‘Sunday Say..’ post. Oo how exciting! It could be anything really, like my thought of the day, my week quickly summed up into a couple of sentences or just a random word of the day, who knows ay!
But this week my Sunday Say is basically about FOOD. The amount of rubbish and crappy food I have eaten for the past 7 days straight is ridiculous and it needs to change ASAP.
I mean C’MON just look at that delicious, sugar filled chocolate shake above! I promise I didn’t have both, I had the chocolate one haha. At least the strawberry shake had actual strawberries with it (HEALTHY), but noooo mine was just chocolate, chocolate and more chocolate (mainly Nutella).
But in all honesty I feel absolutely awful from all the rubbish food I have eaten this week. I suppose sometimes you just have times where you just need to binge and binge, but don’t worry it’s back to normal tomorrow, eating well and working out like the worlds biggest gym shark out there! (Ha. Yeah yeah we’ll see won’t we).
Dieting is probably one of the hardest things to do, in my opinion. But I wouldn’t say I diet, I just try to eat as well as I can and the worst thing to do is to stop your body having that odd bag of crisps or even a pizza one of the nights! Because trust me it won’t thank you for it. The one thing I’ve learnt is that if you’re trying your hardest to work out at the gym a few times a week and eating well, but then all of sudden you cave in and have yourself a Snickers or Mars bar for example, DON’T FEEL GUILTY!! It takes time for you to get to your goal of losing weight or whatever your goal may be, so it will take time for you to gain all that weight in the first place.
Just stick to it, keep working hard and you will get there in time.
Remember, everything takes time!
