DIY: DRESSING TABLE DRAW HANDLES

Lately I have been doing a fair few posts based around my dressing table and I’m afraid this one is no different, so fingers crossed you enjoy reading them as much as I enjoy creating them.

Over the weekend we visited a place in Studley called The Barn, which sells all sorts of furniture and little trinkets. It’s the sort of place you could find a real gem if you looked hard enough.

Luckily enough I managed to find some little gems of my own, these cute little blue rose draw handles. Since I’ve had my dressing table I’ve always wanted to change the handles on them, so instead of buying 6 separate handles I only bought 2 just to make sure I liked them first.

So the picture above is of my current dressing table draw handles, just a plain silver bar. I knew going from one single bar to 2 separate handles would be a weird change to get used to.
After we unscrewed the old handle the blue roses were the easiest things to put in its place. All you have to do is put the rose through the hole and then there are a couple of little bolts to screw up on the back, then just tighten them with a spanner. So simple! 🙂

Then here we have the final look and I am so happy with how beautiful they are, so yeah I think I am going to have to go back and get myself the other four to complete the look. I also like that they are roses and my blog name is Xandra Rose, it just seems perfect to me.

I hope you have the best day & be happy.
Lots of love, Xandra Rose 🙂
