REVIEW: GOT2BE STYLING PRIMER

So just to update you all a lil bit… firstly I apologise for being so absent from my blog this week. In all honestly I just needed a break, my mind felt so clouded up from everything social media related but now I am back and raring the go and what better way to return than with a review!

I wanted to review the ‘Schwarzkopf got2b Playful Styling Primer‘ which I actually received in March’s GlossyBox but I’m pretty sure you can purchase it from FeelUnique as well.
I have never used a styling primer before in my life, I’m pretty bad when it comes to using things like heat protection and styling primers for my hair because I just never do it, oops.

My ability to style my hair only goes as far as straightening it… I’m definitely no ‘hair artist’ so at the end of the day I just style my hair the way I like it. Saying that, I have still noticed a massive difference with using this product even when I’m only using it before I straighten my hair. I’m a girl who loves to have dead straight hair and my straighteners just never seem to do a job that I’m completely happy with, however this stuff seems to magically make my hair super straight.

To get the actual product out of the bottle you kind of have to twist the top and it will lift up, then just tip it upside down and squeeze it into the palm of your hands.
The instructions suggest depending on your hair length you should apply 2 to 6 pumps, however I have quite long hair and I never use more than 2 pumps at a time, oh and the best part about it is that you can apply it to damp and dry hair, which is wicked.

I just pump a little bit of product out into the palm of my hands and then rub them together and start gliding it through my hair with both of my hands, after letting it sink in for a minute I will carry on straightening my hair like I normally would. Honestly, this styling primer is amazing!

I’m definitely going to give it a 10/10, it makes me happy to actually look at my hair after I’ve finished with it and let’s be honest, the packaging is pretty cute too.

I hope you have the best day & be happy.
Lots of love, Xandra Rose 🙂
