Now the sunshine has started to make an appearance I have been really upping my breakfast game over the last couple of weeks. I was eating porridge until about 2 or 3 weeks ago, then it started to become warmer in the mornings and I definitely wasn’t feeling the hot food anymore.
So this is going to be an extra speedy but still a hearty blog post, as I just really wanted to share with you what my go-to breakfast has been over the last couple of weeks. 🙂
Step 1: Two Weetabix Biscuits
Step 2: Milk
Step 3: Half a banana chopped up
Step 4: Three whole strawberries chopped up
Step 5: Half an apple chopped up
Step 6: Serve with a lovely ice cold glass of orange squash!
It’s such an easy and simple breakfast to prepare and it keeps me fuller for longer when I add all the different fruits on top, instead of just the Weetabix with milk.
I’m going to be adding blueberries instead of strawberries over the next few days, just to be a bit more experimental with the fruits.
